It's off to Universal Studios today but b4 tt, we went to to the Walk of Fame at Mann's Chinese Theatre and Hollywood Boulevard. We saw the majestic Kodak Theatre where the Oscars are held yearly and saw the footprints/handprints of the famous stars in Hollywood. After finishing with that, we headed down to Universal Studios. Upon arrival, we took the Studio Tour 1st, which took us around the different movie sets and let us experience the live visual and sound effects used for movie making. We saw fresh floods, rains and fire in the sets, which splashed directly into our tram. So it's "poor thing" for those sitting at the sides--they were wet. In any case, everything was so real. Some of the movie sets we saw were War of the Worlds, Jaws, Tokyo Drift and also Desperate Housewives. I liked the War of the Worlds set best. According to the guide, an actual Boeing 747 was crushed purposely just for this movie. Anyhow, the chaotic scene featured in this particular set is so realistic. Finishing with the Studio Tours, we went on to take some advanturous rides. Started off with The Mummy. It was a very short roller coaster ride set in the ambience of The Mummy. It's a fast speed ride that had sharp turns with backward and forward drops. In certain parts of the ride, one can feel the "bugs" scrambling at your legs. Took this ride with some of my tourmates, and since everyone was so spontaneous, we doubled our ride and went on continuously for a 2nd time. Aft that, we hopped on a Jurassic Park ride. It's a wet ride and hence, everyone was choosy in their seats selection to avoid getting wet in this chilly weather. However, it was a fruitless selection attempt, cos this ride promised to get everyone wet regardless of where you sit. Actually, the part where everyone will definitly get wet is basically at the waterfall overhead and at the pt when the dinosaur squit water at us. Other then tt, how wet one can be will depend. In any case, aft the ride, we "dried" ourselves under the shinning sun while getting some Ben & Jerry's hot choc drink and Starbucks coffee. Suprising, juz waiting in tt queue does dry up the clothes "miraclely" fast. Sipped our drinks along the way while moving up to the upper level of Universal Studios to catch the Waterworld show. Again, my guide adviced us not to sit at the front or back row cos the staff in the show will pour water at those who are late. So we settled for the middle row to play it safe.

Anw, we headed out for lunch outside Universal Studios aft the show, so that we can shop at Abercombie. Settled for Tony Roma's for lunch which offer some fabulous and fresh steak then aft tt shopped ard tt shopping belt to wait for our food to digest b4 going back into Universal Studios. Once back inside again, we only went for the Terminator 2 simulator ride, in which I was so tired that I fell aslp in my chair. Aft which, we walked ard Universal Studio while waiting for the time to be up b4 heading to meet the rest of my tourgp.

At 5:45pm, boarded the coach and headed to Chinatown for dinner at some Chinese restaurant. Everyone was glad it was finally chinese food. However, I din eat much cos was still fulled fr lunch & I was sleepy. After dinner, went back to the hotel for the night.
